Terms of Service

The short version: Decolla automates Microsoft Intune builds inside your own tenant, only ever with your explicit approval. These terms cover the early-access service.

Who we are

Decolla is a product of The Cloud Platform Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact us via the contact page.

The service

Decolla plans and — on your explicit instruction — deploys Microsoft Intune and Entra configuration into a Microsoft 365 tenant that you control and are authorised to administer. Decolla acts only under the Microsoft Graph permissions you consent to, and every write operation requires your explicit per-batch confirmation inside the product. Nothing deploys on connection alone.

Early access

Decolla is in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always review a deployment plan before confirming it, and validate deployed configuration in a pilot group before broad assignment — the product is designed around exactly that workflow.

Your responsibilities

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cloud Platform Limited's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can disconnect a tenant at any time from the product (Connect → Disconnect), which invalidates the stored credentials. We may suspend the service to protect customers or the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Decolla is in private build — early-access members see a build defined, deployed and rolled back first.
